• You agree not to use BonziWORLD in a way that could harm any individual, organisation or property.
• You agree that the owner and administrators of BonziWORLD are not liable for actions of the users on the website. If a user breaks this agreement, please notify an administrator so that user can be dealt with.
• You agree to not use BonziWORLD to distrubute content that is obscene. This applies to content involving nudity (drawn or real), and gore/shock content.

BonziWORLD allows the sharing of user-generated content, including but not limited to custom skins, images, videos, audio and scripts in the room ID "desanitize".

• You agree to not share content in a way that is illegal, this includes ways that involve but are not limited to sharing content protected by copyright without permission, or producing and/or sharing illegal content.
• You accept the risks of entering room ID "desanitize" where users may share scripts. It is recommended to use this room with a VPN and Virtual Machine.
• You agree that if you use user generated content from BonziWORLD, it is at your own risk.

If you share illegal content such as child pornography, scams, etc, BonziWORLD moderators are required by law and WILL forward all details they have about you to the authorities.

In the case these terms and conditions are broken, a moderator will take appropriate action.

BonziWORLD is not liable for any damages or harm to you as a result of breaking this agreement.
